Clear reports are reproduced, checked against formulas and sources, and resolved with a dated correction when the public meaning changes.
What to include
Provide the page address, entered units and values, expected result, actual result, browser, and a hand calculation or source when available. Do not send private measurements you do not want reviewed.
Review sequence
- Reproduce the issue with the same inputs.
- Compare the output with the typed formula and boundary tests.
- Check the public explanation, source record, and related pages.
- Correct code and content together when both are affected.
- Run the complete quality gate before publication.
Correction log policy
A dated correction note is added for changes that materially alter a formula, fact, warning, or user decision. Minor spelling and formatting changes may be fixed without a separate log entry. Reports use the contact identity shown on the contact page.
